I really enjoyed this game and it did thrill me a bit… I like how the developers played w the sound effects at the same time visualized the meaning of the vocab. Literally it pulled me back to my childhood time when I’m all alone at home, how I had to stop myself from panicking about the wind howling outside, also footsteps at the staircase of the apartment.
Oh btw earlier today I just figured out that I only have the vocabulary count of a 10 year old, and indeed this game proved that to me lol… Had to stop and search for explanations when I’m playing Normal and Hard mode… Had a hard time reaching the final end.
Thanks again for this amazing game. And if the friend who introduced me to this game saw my comment, thanks to you too.^^ Very good game made my vocabulary spin. (tbh this game also reminds me that I haven’t completed the Duolingo streak yet so imma have to do that )
Very useful game for me to improve my vocabulary! All 3 endings collected within about half an hour (I guess) That friend of mine was soooo kind to help😭😭wish there will be an ending of me helping him back!
at the very beginning , like when the texts begin, if you scroll up a bit (as much as is possible) you can see that the player tells the friend that after he does his vocab he'd be free to hang out. So (even though I too at first thought it was a sinister thing) its just the friend telling you to hurry up and finish your homework so you can go hang out.
You'll be surprised at how disturbing the atmosphere becomes. The effects are subtle and all the creepier for it. What a cool experience. It won't take too much of your time. Try it out.
This Is such a good game! I thought it would be less scary, yk. BUT HELL WAS I WRONG!!! This game is scary, especially when you are actually home alone.
BTW I agree with ollie STU. the final ending is awesome!! It took me so long (aprox 4 trys) but SO worth it!!!
amazing game, atmospheric and scary. i thought it would be stereotypical and filled with jumpscares, but the horror kinda creeped up on me. i love it. great job!
edit: just got the final ending, it was great. thanks to foxwish10 for telling me how to get the last ending. to copy what they said, you have to play 3 times, it doesnt matter what endings you got, i think.
I really loved this, I love the way our attention is split between this kind of ego-driven vocabulary challenge (I am not a true philologist, it turns out) and this creepy figure that feels like its lingering in our peripheral vision, even when we can't see it. It's really clever and builds the tension so well! I was genuinely nervous. Thanks for making and sharing this game!

This game proved that I am both smarter and dumber than I thought. Here's my playthrough if anyone's interested!
This game's mechanics were really original, i loved how it the conversations and options kept changing as you replayed the game.

I didn't expect the friend to remember everything. How nice of em though :) to help us.
Btw I still dk how to turn off my phone in game. 😭🏃💨 Am I dumb or what xD. I'm just gonna try again :'))
being too attracted to the vocab and felt so stressed for my poor English🥹 nice game though
omg after 10 years of English learning I can only understand the easiest vocab… reality is more terrifying than fictions I guess
pretty nifty how each difficulty has different events :]
Very well made and tense. Loved the final ending!

the game is so good and so anxiety inducing almost started crying i loved the game
THAT WAS WAY MORE ANXIETY INDUCING THAN I EXPECTED!! LOVED IT!!
ooooooh that was unsettling as hell
hes just standing there, threateningly
MENACINGLY!

Can someone please tell me how to get the final or third ending? I played through five times and still didn't get it.
I got it by focusing entirely on vocab without looking outside if that helps

I loved this game so much I played it twice just to get another ending.
