amazing game, atmospheric and scary. i thought it would be stereotypical and filled with jumpscares, but the horror kinda creeped up on me. i love it. great job!
edit: just got the final ending, it was great. thanks to foxwish10 for telling me how to get the last ending. to copy what they said, you have to play 3 times, it doesnt matter what endings you got, i think.
I really loved this, I love the way our attention is split between this kind of ego-driven vocabulary challenge (I am not a true philologist, it turns out) and this creepy figure that feels like its lingering in our peripheral vision, even when we can't see it. It's really clever and builds the tension so well! I was genuinely nervous. Thanks for making and sharing this game!
That was scary, but in a way of something that's disturbing and feels off, and i like this kind of horror! i tried multiple times to get the endings, but lorewise i'm still trying to figure it out, haha. i don't know where the man went, or what makes him attracted to the vocab app, but it was something that freaks me out for sure. good game! i learned new, complex words today!

No, we both got it wrong. If you suck at grammar, you get the bad ending. Good ending if you call your friend and are good at grammar, good ending (barely) if you call mom and don't suck.
Uhh... no offense but there is nothing to master, he acts the same no matter what you do, if you want all endings just don't waste your time on checking.

bro this game is so trippy- not recommended that you play at 2 in the morning but if you want that crazy creepy feel then definitely go for it- though its still creepy if you play it in the day so either way you'll still be left with goosebumps- had to turn off my volume after playing since I live in the country and I couldn't tell if the sounds I was hearing were from my laptop or outside and started feeling uncomfortable- the way the graphics aren't like perfectly crystal clear and all that jazz just makes it 10 times creepier when I get to thinking about how creepy this would be if it happened irl- but then again its still creepy no matter how you look at it- also the hardest part for me to actually play through was the vocab part- I'm not a lit prof so I was just a tit stumped when I realized I wasn't clicking for the audience level but just to test my actual vocab skill- overall I really love horror/spooky games so this was a blast to play going into it with no clue as to how the storyline would unfold- I'll go ahead and recommend to others so they can get a taste of how freaked out I was for a few minutes- (I read this 4 times before posting and yes I mean 'tit' not 'tad' or 'bit'. don't bother trying to correct my grammar because you'll just get hit with words you didn't even know existed or just flat out ignored for your unpleasant ignorance. in short keep it to yourself if you think even for a second someone might get offended before you get cursed out in Japanese and French. ty for reading have a nice day)

I learned more words by playing this game than spending a day at school LOL. In all seriousness though, the foreboding atmosphere the gameplay gives off is just so powerful. A really neat game with a lot of juicy lore.
Great job! This game was amazingly creepy. After seeing creepypasta and r/nosleep mentioned in the description, I knew I had to play this. Maybe the secret to improving our vocabulary and studies in general is having a man clad in shadow standing outside our window? Studying for survival taking a literal form. Coincidentally, a couple of days ago I was listening to S17E08 featuring "A Study in Solitude", additionally, my window faces the flat entrance, so, maybe I'll keep them close for a while. Just to be on the safe side.

Really like the premise for this one and the gameplay of making me paranoid and constantly checking outside is a really effective, tense idea
